Description

Reluctantly we have available our beautiful red and white long coated collie bitch. She has just turned one year old. We were hoping she would make a working sheepdog but unfortunately she has little interest in sheep. She is a very happy go lucky girl with a playful and fun nature. Having been bought up on a farm she is used to being kenneled outside overnight but happy to spend time in the house during the day. She had been used to big open spaces to run around in so its imperative that she gets more than just a lead walk every day. She will make a wonderful active pet for the right family, but she does have a lot of manageable energy so please only apply if you can meet her needs. She walks ok on a lead but is used to being free range so will take some adapting to. From living on a farm she doesn't meet and greet that many people, but she has a very happy friendly nature so I dont see this as being a problem, just a gentle introduction into a new world would be advised to not overwhelm her. We are in no hurry to move her on so happy to wait for the right home for her. Please feel free to message with amy questions or arrange a visit.
