This is Buddy, who is a 15 month old lab X Staffy X springer spaniel Buddy is such a lovely boy and we have only had him for just over a month, but he’s shown some signs of aggression with our other dog and it’s getting worse and he really went for him the other day and hurt him so it is just not safe for them to be together. He CANNOT be homed with other dogs and isn’t great with other dogs on walks either. We also have 2 cats who he doesn’t bother much with. He’s microchipped and I will try find his paperwork for this He isn’t fixed. He’s just been recently vet checked and given the all clear and is healthy He will come with some of the food he is on and harness, lead, muzzle and some toys. Reason for price to make sure he goes to a good home and comes with some bits that have recently been purchased He LOVES his walks and would need to be walked often as he’s got A LOT of energy. He has to have treats to chew on to keep his mind occupied or he would chew other things, but he does well having natural chews, interactive toys and going for walks daily. He needs who isn’t away from home too much. Buddy came to us not knowing much and not good with any commands, but he now knows the basic sit, paw, lay down and down. He partially knows wait and come here - he can be let off the lead in a big space with no other dogs and his recall has been good, but if he hears or sees another dog he will go for them. He is very jumpy, so probably best with no small kids. I really want him to have the best home. We love him so much and to us he’s so lovely and loves to cuddle, but we just have to think about our other dog who is a lot smaller and he’s been injured because of Buddy and is now scared of him. We’ve tried to keep buddy separate but it’s affecting him as well being in a separate room and us having less time with him because we’re having to split our time with both of them. Other than other dogs, he is very lovable and we are so gutted to see him go. I’ve tried to include as much detail as I can because we want the best for him and we really wish he could stay, but message me with any questions.
