Description
After a great deal of thought, we have made the very difficult decision to find our beautiful F1b Toy Cavapoo puppy a loving forever home.
This is not a decision we have taken lightly. Our priority is finding him the very best home where he will continue to receive the love, time and attention he deserves. Since coming to us, he has been raised with an enormous amount of care, patience and positive training to give him the very best possible start in life.
He has a wonderful temperament. He is affectionate, playful, people focused, inquisitive and loves being involved in whatever is going on around him. He enjoys cuddles just as much as he enjoys playing and has a lovely gentle nature. He is an intelligent puppy who enjoys learning and responds very well to positive reward based training.
One of the things we are most proud of is the amount of socialisation he has received during the most important stage of his development.
Rather than keeping him indoors until he was old enough to walk outside, he was safely introduced to the world from eight weeks of age in his puppy pram. This allowed him to experience everyday life without coming into contact with the ground before his vaccinations were complete.
His experiences already include:
* Multiple train journeys
* Busy railway stations
* Lifts and escalators
* Cafés and public places
* High streets
* Parks and outdoor environments
* Different roads, pavements and walking surfaces
* Living in both a London flat and a family home with a garden
* Gardens, courtyards and communal outdoor areas
* Adults and visitors of different ages
* Regular interaction with my three-year-old daughter
* Exposure to friendly dogs
* Exposure to cats
* Everyday household life including televisions, kitchens, hoovers and normal household activity
Because of this he has developed into a confident, curious puppy who enjoys exploring new places and adapts well to different environments.
He is already comfortable living in both a flat and a house, making him equally suited to either lifestyle. He has also been toileting successfully on a variety of outdoor surfaces including grass, gardens, courtyards and hard standing areas, giving him an excellent foundation for continued toilet training.
He has been introduced to positive reward based training from the very beginning, including:
* Crate training
* Toilet training foundations
* Recall foundations
* Sit
* Down
* Stay
* Wait
* Lead and collar introduction
* Calm handling and grooming preparation
* Confidence building exercises
He already settles well in his crate overnight and has an established daily routine which will be shared with his new owners to help him settle quickly into his forever home.
He has been fed a quality puppy diet throughout and has enjoyed a structured routine of feeding, enrichment, play, training and rest every day.
As an F1b Toy Cavapoo, he is expected to mature to approximately 6–7 kg, making him an ideal companion size for family life, apartment living, travelling and days out.
He will leave with everything needed to help him settle comfortably into his new home, including:
* Fully vaccinated
* Microchipped
* Six months' flea and worm treatment
* Crate
* Food and water bowls
* Toys
* Blanket carrying familiar scents to help him settle
* Current food
* Lead and collar
* Puppy accessories
* A copy of his current feeding and daily routine to make the transition as smooth as possible
We care enormously about where he goes and finding the right home is far more important than making a quick sale. We would much rather wait for the perfect family than simply sell to the first enquiry.
If you feel you can offer him a loving, permanent home where he will continue to thrive, please get in touch and tell us a little about yourself, your family and the home you can offer.
Serious enquiries only, please.
