Hello, I’m Luba, a tiny chihuaha cross, in foster in West Midlands.
I was found alone and abandoned in a village. Thankfully, some kind people noticed me, stopped to help and made sure I was brought to safety.
I may be slightly shy when I first meet someone, but please do not mistake that for not wanting to be close. I absolutely love people and being in their company helps me feel safe and confident. Once I know I can trust you, my sweet and affectionate nature quickly begins to show.
I am also very good with other dogs and enjoy having them around. A home with a friendly and playful dog would be wonderful for me, as I would love to have a companion to play with and learn from. I could also live as the only dog, but I would need regular opportunities to meet, socialise and play with other dogs.
The most important thing I need is a home where someone is around for much of the day. I really love company and would not be happy regularly spending long hours alone. I am looking for someone who wants a dog to be part of their everyday life and who will give me time, reassurance and plenty of affection as I settle.
I have already shown how much confidence I gain when I feel supported by people. In the right home, with someone patient and loving beside me, I know I will continue to grow into the happiest version of myself.
