It’s with a heavy heart that I put this cutie on here. This is Eira (pronounced Ayr-uh). I rescued her a few months back. But I didn’t realise she is reactive. Her behaviour can be unpredictable. She is not good with kids at all and does not like anything with wheels. I’m being as honest as I can so she goes somewhere where she will be looked after properly. She is fiercely loyal and a loving little pooch. But she is touch and go about meeting new people. She has been my best friend for the past 3 months but I don’t have the experience to help her with her reactive behaviours. She is microchipped and spayed. She often thinks she is a lap dog but as a 24kg pocket bully, it can get uncomfy lol. She spends most of her time sleeping and wanting a cuddle. She eats just about anything and everything, as in kibble. She isn’t fussy. She knows sit, wait and up when treating her. She will sit patiently until you tell her to eat her food. But excuse the drool in the process. Her breed type isn’t good with long walks. She might benefit from a muzzle because of her being reactive. It’s a real shame that I’m not able to give her the time and patience she needs to unlearn some behaviours. Because I rescued her I don’t know her past, she was bred before and her canine teeth were shaven down or chipped off for breeding. But it has no effect on her eating at all. Other than that she is in perfect health. I’m looking for someone who will be able to give her the patience she needs. Previous experience with her breed would be ideal or similar breeds. Or even just reactive dogs. Please message if you have questions.
