Cosmo is a loveable and handsome boy and we will be incredibly upset to see him rehomed, however, he has begun showing aggression towards our child during playtime, which I am confident falls out of remit of ‘play’ Without prejudice and judgment, our child is well educated on our pets and dogs in general. The issue we feel is that Cosmo is anxious with children and does not show them respect as such. We also have two other dogs at home too. I do not wish for Cosmo to be rehomed in a house with children for this very reason as he is excitable and bouncy. Personally I feel that he would be suited to a home with a couple and well experienced dog/labrador owners who are home more often than not. He is a chunky boy and super playful and clever, he has so many fantastic qualities to list, however, I can not trust him to be around my children anymore and as aforementioned, this is an incredibly tough decision to make as we adore him. Cosmo has never bitten and does not display aggression when out in public towards humans or dogs. He can pull at times with excitement but was is well trained. He is house trained and eats Forthglade food coupled with fruit and vegetables suitable for dogs. This is a tough post to compose and I am looking for a loving and genuine home for Cosmo, he truly deserves this and again we will be heartbroken to see him go but he too deserves more.
