Description
Here i have a few Rhacodactylus leachianus also known as the new Caledonian giant gecko. This is the largest gecko species in the world. Found in new Caledonia, an island off the coast of new Zealand. The same place as there popular cousins, the crested gecko, but remember these guys will predate naturally on cresties in the wild.
The grand mother of these babies was a pastel nuu Ami, and the grandfather was an unknown locale but was purchased for his high pink. The parents are offspring from separate clutches. I can add pictures of the parents.
Ages of the babies available range from 3 months to 1 year.
These guys are currently feeding on, pangea. The occasional treats like brown banana, mangoes, figs. I also provide the occasional insects such as crickets and small locusts dusted in calcium and Arcadia earth pro a. These guys are also gannets. Typically cleaning the food bowl evrey night as adults.
If interested. I can attach further details on enclosure set ups, uvb lighting etc. Please do your research on this species, and there are some very detailed care sheets online.
Please feel free to reach out and ask for more information or photos. And I would be happy to assist. I would prefer collection only, but would ship using a reputable animal courier, at your expense and organisation.
I also have a jubilee Male born 21/12/2023 £300
