Description
Meet Queenie & Rocco, our much-beloved family pets, who have produced an absolutely amazing litter of three truly wonderful babies Lady, Banjo and Romeo.
Parents are KC registered Shih Tzus with full pedigrees. Patella checks done.
Queenie is our beautiful, exceptionally petite 3.5kg, 4-year-old girl. Her pedigree includes Karashishi and Sweet Tooth heritage, with imported American bloodlines behind her. She is incredibly affectionate, gentle and intuitive a real lap dog who seems remarkably in tune with her humans. She is wonderful with children and cats and has the sweetest nature.
Rocco is our handsome, petite approximately 5kg tri-colour boy. His five-generation KC pedigree brings together established Shih Tzu lines including Shelanity, Karashishi and Imposhishi, alongside imported American ancestry.
Rocco is the cheekier character! He's curious, energetic, confident and incredibly friendly. He's wonderful with children and other animals and is even best friends with our kitten.
Both live right in the heart of our family home and are our pets first and foremost.
Rocco joined our family as a puppy and, because Queenie is such a tiny girl, my intention was always to wait until he was fully grown before considering whether the they would be suitable for breeding together.
Apparently one lapse of concentration was all Queenie and Rocco needed! Their unexpected little romance resulted in these three beautiful babies.
Queenie whelped naturally, immediately showing incredible maternal instincts. She has been calm, attentive, protective and wonderfully nurturing from the moment they arrived.
Watching her become a mum has actually made me incredibly glad she had the opportunity once. During labour, she was so incredibly in tune with me that she would even give me little tail wags between contractions, almost as though she was reassuring me that she was okay. ?
LADY Our Tiny, Gentle Girl (brown)
The smallest, and the sweetest, gentlest little soul.
Growing up between two brothers has meant she's developed a little sassy side too! Lady has an incredibly dense, soft and luxurious coat, making this tiny girl irresistible to cuddle.
She really is an absolute dot. On 1/10/26 she weighed 0.8kg.
We're looking for a gentle, loving home where this sensitive little girl can feel secure, adored and thoroughly spoilt.
BANJO Our Confident Little Adventurer (cream) 1.1kg on 1/10/26
The most confident, outgoing, playful, curious who is wonderfully comfortable with the world around him.
The first to learn to walk, our little adventurer is always keen to explore and investigate whatever is happening.
His big blue eyes are mesmerising, and he may well hold the family record for the waggiest tail!
His coat is wonderfully dense, soft and luxurious, and he's extremely generous with his nose kisses.
But underneath that confident, playful exterior is a really affectionate little boy. Banjo will happily settle down for a cuddle once his adventures are over. He gives wonderful neck snuggles and loves being close.
ROMEO Our Laid-Back Little Heartbreaker (parti-colour) 0.9kg on 1/10/26
Romeo, Romeo...
He earned his name within seconds of being born when we spotted the gorgeous heart-shaped marking on his side.
Romeo has the calmest, most chilled-out personality. His coat is beautifully dense and luxurious, and he's so relaxed and trusting that he'll happily lay on his back in your hands and simply drift off to sleep.
Of course he has his mad playful moments wrestling and exploring with Banjo and Lady, but when playtime is finished there's one thing you can almost guarantee:
Romeo will be asleep first. Every. Single. Time.
He would be wonderful for someone looking for that classic Shih Tzu lap-dog companion a little shadow who is happiest curled up close to his person.
The Homes We're Looking For
These babies have been born and raised as family members, not kennel dogs, and that's the life we want to continue for them.
Shih Tzus are companion dogs through and through, and love human company. We're therefore looking for homes where someone is around for most of the day.
PLEASE no homes with small children, cats or other animals that could accidentally harm the tiny pups.
Please tell us about the home you can offer because matching each puppy's individual personality to the right family matters enormously to us.
Puppies will leave Kennel Club registered with their KC paperwork.
Lady will have endorsements against breeding because of her exceptionally petite size.
All pups are endorsed against export.
Pups have been vet checked and microchipped 1/10/26
The litter's Royal Kennel Club COI is 4.9%, below the current Shih Tzu breed average of 5.7%. Queenie and Rocco have no common ancestors appearing within their five-generation pedigrees, while the RKC's deeper pedigree database identifies the more distant shared ancestry reflected in that 4.9%.
For us, responsible breeding isn't simply about producing the smallest puppy or the most unusual colour. Health, temperament, genetic compatibility and quality of life must come first.
We will be selective about where these babies go and are very happy to answer genuine questions about their upbringing, parents, pedigrees and health information.
Most importantly, we're looking for three homes where Lady, Banjo and Romeo won't simply be someone's new puppy they'll become a treasured little member of the family for life.
Pups are fed on Royal Canin are weaned off heat, and vet checked and healthy.
Pups will leave with four weeks free insurance, microchips, and Kennel Club documents and a puppy pack of information and puppy comfort items to help ease transition.
If you think you are the right home for one of our babies, please get in touch and tell me about yourself, your experience with dogs, and where the pup would be living.
Looking forward to finding you.
