Pros
Loving, loyal, and trustworthy family pets with an affectionate nature
Good with children of all ages, demonstrating patience and gentleness
Highly intelligent and trainable when engaged properly
Excellent watchdogs with alertness but low aggression
Cons
Require a secure, well-fenced garden due to high prey drive
Prone to separation anxiety if left alone for long periods
Shedding is moderate but increases seasonally, needing regular grooming
May develop barking habits which require early training
