Description
Sausage is a high energy, very smart, well trained dog.
Unfortunately me and my partner have now got full time jobs and a new baby on the way so we no longer have the time to fulfil his needs properly.
Sausage is reactive to other dogs (mainly ones that are larger than him) and humans in high visibility jackets or masks and he can’t be homed with another dog unless smaller than him and correctly introduced. He can be homed with cats on the other hand as he grew up with them and children too as he has been around our nephew.
Sausage takes a while to warm up (when he firsts meets people he is very unsure and needs a LOT of reassurance) but once he has opened up he is a social butterfly.
Sausage loves cuddles and attention, and rough play (he likes to gently nibble when he gets excited with human play).
Sausage needs to be crated on a night or when left alone as he can be quite destructive if he is left out and has access to per se bins.
Sausage will come with food bowl, any food we have left, harness, leash, toys, doorbell for back door (so he can let you know he needs a pee or poop).
We don’t have a crate to hand as ours is built into the house.
Sausage will also only go to people whom have previously had a dog.
