I am looking for a loving and suitable new home for my 10-month-old male Toyger kitten, who is neutered.
He is a beautiful young cat, but he has a strong personality and can be quite mischievous, energetic and challenging to manage at times. He is not currently a very affectionate or cuddly cat and tends to do things on his own terms. He will need an owner who understands that not every cat is naturally cuddly and who is willing to give him the time and patience he needs to develop good habits and build trust.
I believe he would benefit from an experienced cat owner who understands feline behaviour and is willing to work with him through positive reinforcement, consistency and gentle training. He needs someone who will take the time to understand his personality, provide plenty of appropriate play and stimulation, and help him learn acceptable behaviour in a calm and patient environment.
Please only enquire if you genuinely have the time, patience and commitment to work with a young cat who may need extra guidance. I want to be completely honest about his temperament to ensure he finds the right home where both he and his new owner can be happy.
This decision has not been made lightly, and my priority is finding him a suitable, responsible and permanent home where he will be understood and cared for.
