Description

It is with an incredibly heavy heart that I am looking for a forever home for Bertie. This is a decision I never imagined having to make, but due to my ongoing health issues and family circumstances, I can no longer give him the consistency he deserves. Bertie is a gorgeous, affectionate and playful young whippet who loves being with people. He has a lovely nature, enjoys cuddles, playing and exploring, and is a typical puppy with lots of energy and enthusiasm for life. He would thrive in an active home where someone has the time to continue his training, provide regular exercise and give him plenty of attention. He is still a puppy, so he can become overexcited and mouthy when playing, and like all young dogs he will benefit from continued positive training and routine. He has been brought up in a family home and is used to children. He is microchipped, and I will provide full details of his vaccinations, flea and worm treatments to his new owner. His crate, bed, toys, lead and any remaining food can go with him. The right home is far more important to me than a quick sale. I will be asking lots of questions because I want to make sure Bertie goes to someone who understands the breed and can offer him the happy, active life he deserves.
