Dam: Viandra LDS, a graded dutch warmblood, imported by Tim Stockdale and successfully competed BE100/BSJA. Dam sire: Ircolando
Sire: Baloo RB by Pooka. Buckskin stallion. Licensed palomino society. Kindest easiest stallion can find.
Both parents can be met. (Parents 15.3/16hh and 16.1hh. Siblings 16hh+ but this mare is just a tad over 15.2hh barefoot)
Homebred Mare that hasn't been spoilt or rushed. Most genuine horse you will find. Easy to handle and do e.g. dentist, farrier, vet, rugging, tack up, fly spray, hose, worm etc. Even had her first go at having mane pulled and tail clipped whilst out on a hack on her own and she stood like a statue. This mare has never squeeled or bitten or kicked out at another horse she just wants to be everyone's friend. Been good with the traffic she has seen including JCBs, motorbikes, farm animals etc.
Behaved impeccable in open spaces or in awkward narrow spaces.
Been hacking out alone and in company. First or last. However still a typical baby who's learning so will need reassurance at times.
Been in a school twice. Once was her first time seeing coloured poles and first time ever jumping and she loose jumped approx 1m.
Second time. We done some ridden work and she behaved impeccable but obviously still very green. Happy trotting around in circles etc however reluctant to canter but will canter out on hacks whether on a narrow short path or open big field with no issues. So believe this is just a confidence/experience thing.
Responsible ride. Soft mouth. Not really a plod or a fizzy horse, somewhere nicely in between.
Will turnout with mares/geldings and foals. Easy to catch even on 50 acre mountain.
Doesn't play up when in season. Still acts exactly the same even with stallion on site.
Ready to be someone's best friend. She will follow you all day for a bun scratch or muzzle kisses. She can turn her hoof to anything with good confirmation, compact and powerful movement. She is athletic Mare just carrying a little bit too much weight at moment 🙈
Only for sale due to wanting to buy a house and she is wasted with me as I haven't got the time and facilities to progress with her.
She's the same if in stable or out. If ridden everyday or left weeks.
