Description

Nero currently weighs 7kg and will be medium size 15-18 kg fully grown. Mum is a small lab x pointer and we suspect dad is a Greek hound. He is 17 weeks old and has recently arrived to a UK foster home in Boston Lincs Nero is still a young puppy and has so much to learn. He has just started to experience life in a family home, so his adopters will need to be ready for all the usual puppy stages, including toilet training, learning to walk on a lead, settling into a routine and discovering the everyday sights and sounds of a new environment. He will need patience, consistency and plenty of positive experiences as he grows. Nero is a touch she initially, but very quickly runs into your arms for love and cuddles. We would love to find Nero a home where he can enjoy the childhood he deserves. Somewhere he can play, explore, learn and curl up for cuddles at the end of the day. A family who will celebrate all his little milestones, laugh at his puppy antics and give him the reassurance he needs as he discovers that the world is a much bigger and kinder place than the one he first knew. Nero is an active puppy full of life and energy, typical puppy that loves to run 100 miles an hour for 10 minutes and then crush out for a nap. He is very used to living with many dogs in both Cyprus and his UK foster, all of different sizes and ages. A resident dog will be lovely, a young playful, well mannered adult dog will further help him along his own journey. Children must be over 5 years old, a safe a secured garden, someone at home quite a lot especially in his early puppy months, and has the time to provide the required puppy training well into him becoming the fabulous adult dog. Nero has been tested for Heartworm, Ehrlichia, Anaplasma, Lyme disease, Giardia and Leishmania. Brucellosis testing is carried out via a DEFRA-approved laboratory APHA in the UK all Results are recorded in the EU passport.
