Description

One gorgeous boy is available to an exceptional home. He is a confident, intelligent, people-focused puppy with a lovely temperament. Sits on command, recalls to the whistle and has good food drive, with high toy drive- loves to retrieve. Great eye contact, very responsive and wants to be with you. He is undergoing appropriate socialisation and exposure to the big wide world, doing great with toilet training, and is getting used to travelling nicely in the car. Will be an absolutely super dog for an experienced home, who will make the most of his intelligence and desire to please. Both parents are FULLY HEALTH TESTED according to kennel club recommendations (hips, elbows, eyes) and more, and are fully DNA clear. They possess the kind, gentle temperaments that make the Golden Retriever such a treasured breed. Mum- Lochnabo jewelled allium of skyblaze (hips 5/5, elbows 0/0, DNA clear ICT, PRA1&2) Dad- Gold fast fever (hips 2/5 elbows 0/0, DNA clear ICT, PRA1&2) These puppies have been raised following the Puppy Culture programme, with no expense spared. They have been weaned onto a premium raw diet and top quality kibble. Raised exclusively within the home, the puppies received Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) and Early Scent Introduction (ESI) between days 3 and 16. Particular emphasis has been placed on thoughtful early socialisation, providing a wide variety of positive experiences, plenty of different surfaces and textures to walk on, enrichment activities, and confidence-building exercises to help each puppy develop into a resilient, curious and well-rounded companion. They have been gently introduced to everyday household sights and sounds, people and dogs, and have an excellent recall to the whistle. Pups have also been using artificial grass quite reliably for toileting since 3 weeks old, which should help with toilet training in their new homes. Mum Flora embodies everything I value in a working Golden Retriever. She has an excellent pedigree and combines wonderful natural ability with an outstanding temperament. She is a KC any variety puppy working test winner, and a brilliant picking up dog with a phenomenal work ethic and dedication to her person. She is also wonderful with children, environmentally sound, kind with other dogs, and an unapologetic butter-melting cuddle bug. The sire, Gus, is a much-loved family dog from proven working lines, who is sired by an exceptional open field trial winner (Kaliture red pepper). Gus is intelligent, driven, kind and athletic, while also possessing that invaluable off switch. He lives as a family dog within the home, and is equally content spending his evenings relaxing peacefully on the sofa alongside other entire males. These boys will be fabulous companions well suited for picking up, gundog working tests, field trials, scent work, agility, competitive obedience, search and rescue, assistance, therapy work, or similar pursuits. I anticipate these puppies will possess the intelligence, trainability and enthusiasm to excel in these avenues. They will also make fabulous companions in active, committed homes. These boys are not sold on a first come first serve basis.
