It breaks my heart to have to write this, but I am looking for a loving new home for my boy Tef. Tef is a 23 month old male French Bulldog, blue/grey with a white patch. He is such a loving, happy little character and absolutely adores people. He loves children, adults, strangers, basically anyone who will give him attention! He loves playing and running around but is just as happy curled up next to you having a sleep. He gets on really well with other dogs and has always been very friendly and curious around other animals. I think he would be happiest in a home with another dog, children or somewhere with plenty of company. He is house trained, crate trained and can be left for a couple of hours. He knows sit, lie down, leave it, stay, come, get down, stop and no. He is very food motivated and actually has really good manners around his meals. He loves his walks and sniffing absolutely everything, although he does pull a little. His recall is decent but because he loves people so much I wouldn't trust him off lead anywhere that isn't securely enclosed. A couple of important things to know: he cannot have chicken or poultry as it causes problems with his skin and coat, and raw food doesn't agree with him. He is otherwise healthy, has no breathing problems, is fully vaccinated, microchipped and not neutered. Having to rehome him is not something I ever wanted to do. Our home is being repossessed and we have been told the emergency accommodation we will be offered won't be suitable for a dog. Tef is my children's and my best friend, so this is an incredibly difficult decision. We are unfortunately working with a timeframe, so I do need to find him somewhere before we have to leave, but I am still determined to make sure he goes to the right person and not just the first person who asks. There will be a £500 rehoming fee and he will not be rehomed for breeding purposes. Please message me with a little bit about yourself, your home and the life you could offer Tef. I am genuinely heartbroken to be doing this and just want to know that wherever he goes, he is going to be loved and looked after properly.
