Lolly is a nearly 2 years old small girl who has been in her current foster home for around 8 weeks. She is incredibly loyal, cuddly, and happiest when close to her special person. Lolly bonds quickly after a gentle introduction and looks to her humans for reassurance when experiencing new things. She thrives on connection and wants to feel part of her family at all times.

💔 Rescue Story
Like her siblings, Lolly was abandoned by a rural lake and rescued just in time. She grew up in a loving home-based foster in Ukraine, surrounded by kindness and a large garden where she could feel safe. She arrived in the UK in November under foster-to-adopt, but after a short initial placement it became clear she wasn’t suited to a home with a young child. She has since settled into a new foster home, where her true nature is shining.

Lolly is currently living in a semi-rural environment with dog-savvy teenagers and two calm older dogs. She is benefiting from regular group walks with familiar people and dogs, as well as individual walks. She enjoys playing chase with dogs who are up for it and has quickly learned to read which dogs want to engage and which prefer space. She loves the company of older, chilled dogs and does not enjoy being pestered by very young, over-enthusiastic ones.
She eats well and clears her bowl straight away. Lolly is very trainable and highly treat-oriented. She has already learned to sit, wait, and stay. She still needs a little more practice on the lead, but she is small and manageable and does not pull strongly.
When unfamiliar people approach, especially if they have dogs, Lolly may bark out of uncertainty. With gentle reassurance and calm handling, she settles well. She seeks comfort from her person when unsure and responds beautifully to steady guidance.
🏡 Ideal Family
Lolly would suit a home where someone is around most of the time, as she loves companionship and closeness. A semi-rural or quieter setting, she is not suitable to busy environment. She would thrive with one or two calm, balanced dogs rather than high-energy youngsters. Dog-savvy teenagers would be a good match, but she is not suited to young children. She needs a steady, understanding family who appreciate a sensitive but deeply loving little dog.
💞 Lolly is a devoted, affectionate girl who gives her heart wholeheartedly. In the right home — calm, consistent, and full of kindness — she will blossom into the most loyal and loving companion.

Lolly is fully healthy. Spayed. Has all core vaccines done and is microchipped. All dogs are C.Brucella tested before travel (owners receive a licensed laboratory test certificate).
