More than a year ago, Emily was found by a fellow rescuer inside a kill shelter. 💔
We do not know what her life had been like before she ended up there, but we knew that this lovely girl deserved so much better than to be forgotten behind those gates.
Emily was brought to safety and has been patiently waiting ever since for the one thing every dog deserves: a loving family of her own. 🏡❤️
Despite everything she has been through, Emily has remained an incredibly kind, gentle and friendly girl. She is very good with everyone she meets and gets along beautifully with other dogs. 🐶🐾
Emily has a calm, sweet nature and a truly lovely temperament. Beneath that gorgeous, shaggy cream coat is a sociable and affectionate girl who simply wants to belong to somebody. 🥰
She could live as the only dog, where she could enjoy all the love and attention, or she could happily share her home with a friendly resident dog, following suitable introductions. 🐕❤️🐕

Emily is looking for kind and patient adopters who will welcome her as a genuine member of their family.
Like every rescue dog, she may need a little time to adjust to a completely new home, routine and environment. Her adopters must be willing to guide her gently, continue her training and give her the time and reassurance she needs to settle.
In return, Emily will bring warmth, companionship and unconditional love into their lives. ❤️
She has already spent far too much of her life waiting. Now she needs somebody to look beyond the thousands of other dogs searching for homes, notice her beautiful face and say:
