Description
Updated 28th March, Age 7 weeks
What a beautiful calm bunch of kittens. No disruption, no anger at feeding, no shouting on, no screaming blue murder, or growling over grub. All three are BIG for their age, adore each other and settling down into growing strong. Sleeping right through the night... they're a total delight. Definately looks like two girls & a fat faced boy.
We have one ready to go as soon as possible as i still have a young mum feeding 4 voracious kittens and i have one in special-care still who needs the milk more. The big boy is safe to go. He is well developed.
The're eating... Egg raw, tuna, ox heart, ox liver, lambs liver, unfortunately for the local wildlife and their effective elder team around them, they've had their mouths around two starlings and three pigeons. Beef mince, raw chicken and sardines raw & tinned. Three trout were devoured last week and that was their favourite yet.
All are litter trained.
Absolutely no sign of struggle or ill-health, they love their lives.
These cats are bred to 'be cats', not commercial captives.
FAQ's
Q. Will i drop my kittens off at your house
A. Absolutely not, there is a process for successful contented rehoming and me taking them somewhere and abandoning them there is not part of that.
Q. What do they eat?
A. On the teet at present but soon will be started eating anything a cat is suppose to eat (note: this list doesn't include pouches or biscuits):
Raw/scrambled egg. Lambs liver raw, Ox liver raw, tuna in spring water (drained) Raw cod, Cooked Cod, Mackrel in brine (drained) Sardines in brine (drained) Beef mince raw, Ox kidney raw, tuna & raw egg.
Q. Why two prices?
A. Your money does not interest us AT ALL. We don't breed. We deal with pregnancy. We don't care for money, we care for our animals. You should too. If paying coins makes you feel important then we want 200 x £1 coins off you. If you want to adopt a kitten perfectly, we'll accept food and litter up to the £100 and you take the cat without handing over any money.
Q. Will we negotiate a cost?
A. Your money does not interest us AT ALL. You're negotiating our kittens, not dangling pounds in front of us.
Q. Are they spayed/neutered?
A. Absolutely not. They have a healthy life to lead. All cats are entire until they get a chance to be mums and dads, then they get done.
Q. Are they ok with dogs?
A. They sit on ours.
Q. Are they outdoor cats
A. If they want to. The back door is open all day long but they don't go out.
Q. Can i have a kitten if i have been refused by a cat rescue shelter.
A. If it's an official one, no you can't. If it's the unofficial one in Hartlepool that steals, medicates, neuters and sells peoples cats if they're not chipped and their owners aren't on facebook... we can talk, as those individuals are not right in the head.
Q. Can i carry them home in my arms or a cardboard box?
A. No that only happens in the movies. Fetch a proper carry case. They come as standard, with razor sharp claws and pinpoint teeth and a level of accuracy which would make any marksman whince. The last thing i'd want to have attempt to escape from a moving vehicle is a cat. I bare all the scars of taming these creatures.
Q. What do i need to do to adopt one of your beloved kittens
A. Tell us about you and what sort of life you intend giving them, after reading the information below
🐾 Kahu-Raised Kittens – One Special Litter 🐾
Kitten is an extraordinary young mum.
She is one of Phoebe’s first litter, and unlike Phoebe (herself a kitten unloved who we adopted at 9month old), who has always carried herself in survival mode, Kitten has grown up surrounded by stability, love, and security. She watched her mother raise four litters and absorbed everything from it.
Now, with her own natural love from within, she is proving to be an even calmer and more devoted mother.
This will be Kitten’s only litter.
The Litter
There are four kittens in total.
• Three identical replicants – they look almost exactly like Kitten, her huge little brother Obi, and their grandmother Phoebe.
• One jet-black kitten – this one is staying with us as he's small and under special care.
The three remaining kittens will be rehomed.
How They Are Raised
These kittens are being raised exactly as our previous litters were, but under an even calmer mother.
Their environment is built on:
• Love
• Stability
• Prayer
• Gentle handling
• A home free from chaos or abuse
They are spoken to, held, handled, and recognised as the souls-in-bodies they are.
They will grow up confident, calm, and deeply bonded with humans.
Diet & Upbringing
They being weaned and established on a high-quality, natural, protein-rich diet including:
• Raw or scrambled egg
• Raw lamb/ox liver
• Raw beef mince
• Raw kidney
• Tinned fish in spring water or brine (drained)
• Fresh fish raw & cooked (sardines they love)
They will have ZERO processed food and no dry biscuits.
Full feeding guidance will be provided to anyone genuinely interested.
The Standard of Home They Want
These kittens are not being placed casually.
We are looking for homes that understand what Kahu means — the responsibility of guardianship.
A Kahu understands that an animal is not an accessory or entertainment.
It is a life entrusted to them.
We want homes that will offer:
• Stability
• Patience
• Love
• A lifelong commitment
These cats should live 15–20 years in a peaceful home.
They have constant open access to outdoors but choose to stay close to home.
Health & Responsibility
• Not vaccinated
• Not neutered
• Raised in a clean home environment
• No known health issues
New owners will be responsible for vaccinations and neutering decisions at the appropriate time in consultation with their vet.
