Description
He Lost a Leg… But Not His Love 💔
Meet Ash.
He’s only around a year old… still just a baby really. And yet, in his short life, he’s already been through more pain and hardship than most dogs ever should. Ash came from truly horrendous conditions — a life no animal deserves — and for so long, he was locked away in a cage, waiting, desperate, and forgotten. Somewhere along the way, he suffered a trauma so severe it cost him his leg.
But that’s not what defines him.
What defines Ash… is his heart.
Despite everything, he is gentle. He is kind. He is trusting. He still looks at people like they are the best thing in the world. No fear, no anger — just quiet hope that someone, somewhere, will finally love him the way he deserves.
✨ Ash at a glance:
🐾 Male, mixed breed, around 1 year old
🐾 Tripod (3 legs) – but happy, mobile, and full of life
🐾 Lead trained
🐾 Good with other dogs
🐾 No aggression or bite history
He doesn’t feel sorry for himself. He doesn’t know he’s “less.” He still gets excited for walks, still leans into you for affection, still wags his tail like his whole body is smiling.
All Ash is missing… is his person.
Someone who will see past the missing leg and realise they’re gaining something so much bigger — a loyal, resilient, deeply loving companion who will never take kindness for granted.
He has survived the worst. Now he deserves the best.
Please… if you’ve been thinking about adopting, let it be Ash. Give him the home, the safety, and the love he’s waited his whole life for.
