Description
This is Blu, she’s about to turn a year old at the end of the month. Blu came into my life in the least expected way possible, I found her off leash in a terrible way at 8 weeks on the side of the road.
Immediately took her to the vets and planned for her to be a companion for my Mum who lived rurally. Unfortunately, my Mum’s health started to deteriorate and she was unable to take care of Blu so she came into my care full time.
Until recently, she lived in a shared household with 4 other adults who she loved, she loves all people and dogs albeit she can get a little overexcited.
About 2 months ago, I had to move in with my Mum to take care of her full time and it is becoming clearer and clearer that I now have to make the difficult decision to give Blu up for adoption as I am slowly running out of means and capacity to give her what she needs.
She is a snuggle bug through and through, she just wants to be cuddled and play. She’s not overly enthusiastic about walks or the cold/wet, she’d rather be laying next to you while you work or watch TV.
She is crate trained, knows all her commands and is very intelligent and food driven (which makes training easier). She is the most wonderful and sensitive girl, she can get boisterous and excited when she first meets dogs and people but settles down overtime.
She’d make the perfect companion for someone or a couple who can give her the love and attention she deserves and gives so much back in return.
