Hello,
I have two rats looking for a new home.
- Daisy (the mother) was purchased with another rat around one year ago, before giving birth to a litter of pups on 11/10/2025 after managing to get into the boys enclosure before they were castrated.
- Smudge is one of her pups (now 6 months old).
They are both sweet slender rats who have never showed any signs of aggression. They are however fairly timid and prefer to do things on their terms as opposed to being super lap rats.
I believe with time and patience they can open up a lot more (will take food happily and sometimes climb on you, but seem to be more busy exploring and playing).
Rehoming due to no longer having the time or space to spend with them.
It is with a heavy heart I have come to this decision, especially since caring for Daisy through pregnancy and then watching Smudge grow, so only EXPERIENCED rat owners with an existing pack to eventually join will be considered.
