Pros
Extremely hardworking with exceptional stamina suited for sled pulling and endurance activities
Strong pack orientation makes them loyal and cooperative in multi-dog households
Low-maintenance double coat that provides excellent protection in cold climates
Highly trainable and intelligent, excelling in specialised working roles and competitions
Cons
Not suitable for inexperienced dog owners due to strong-willed and independent nature
High prey drive requires careful management and supervision around smaller pets and animals
Can be vocal, especially with howling which may cause issues in neighbourhoods
Sensitive to heat and prone to overheating, limiting exercise options in warmer weather
