Description

This is Charlie my Blue Fronted Amazon parrot. I got him last November after his owner passed away. He is roughly 3 years old and his previous owner had him from being 4 months and used to handle him and I was told he did used to say a few words. I would say he is semi-tame, he has no issue playing with the dog and walking past her when she is asleep on the floor. He will take food from you but won’t let you touch him. He also likes to come sit at the dinning table when we all have dinner or on the back of the sofa when we are watching tv. I have wanted a parrot for so long and thought I was doing a good thing once his owner passed but not being even to handle him and knowing how long they can live for, I just feel he needs to be with someone who has a lot more experience with parrots and can bring him back out of his shell. He will come with his cage, which he is out of nearly all day until we go to bed. Any questions feel free to message.
