Description

We are looking to rehome our much-loved dog to the very best home. Ideally, we would love for him to live on a farm or somewhere with a very large, secure outdoor space where he can run freely. He is an incredibly friendly, affectionate, and loving dog, but he is also extremely energetic and exceptionally fast. As a herding breed, he has very strong natural instincts and needs far more exercise and mental stimulation than we are able to provide. His instinct to chase moving objects is part of his breed, and while he is a wonderful boy, he would benefit from continued training or an environment where he has plenty of space to run every day. This has been a very difficult decision for our family because he is deeply loved. However, we know that putting his needs first is the kindest thing we can do. We truly believe he would be happiest in a home where he can make the most of his natural abilities and enjoy the active lifestyle he deserves. We are looking for someone who understands high-energy herding breeds and can offer him the time, space, love, and commitment he needs. Finding the right home is far more important to us than finding a quick home. If you believe you could give him the happy, fulfilling life he deserves, please get in touch.
