I am delighted to announce the safe arrival of Darcy's puppies - 4 girls🧚🏻♀️ & 1 boy🧚♂️.
They were born on Monday the 14th of September and have been thriving ever since. Ready for their forever homes from the 9th of November.
Darcy has become the most attentive mother 🤍 I couldn't be more proud of my beautiful baby.
The theme for this litter is ✨️romantasy✨️books. Their nicknames & show names reflect iconic quotes and characters.

About Darcy:
Darcy is a KC registered miniature poodle, standing 15 inches to the wither. She is incredibly affectionate, intelligent and fun loving. We compete regularly in grooming competitions and she has taken me from intermediate, through open and into the champion division. Darcy & I also train weekly at a local dog agility club. Darcy has been genetically health tested and cleared for;
-Degenerative Myelopathy
-Von Willebrand disease Type I
-Neonatal Encephalopathy
-prcd–PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy)
-rcd4 PRA / LOPRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy)
About Koda:
Koda has immaculate international lineage, with his father being an European champion. Koda has followed in his foot steps and has already obtained his Junior Warrant title.
Koda has been genetically tested and cleared for:
- Hyperuricosuria
- Osteochondrodysplasia
- von Willebrand's Disease, type 1
- Progressive Rod Cone Degeneration (prcd-PRA) - carrier of 1 copy.
Please note Koda is a carrier for prcd-PRA but is unaffected. This disease is autosomal recessive meaning that two copies of the mutation are needed for disease signs to occur. A carrier dog with one
copy of the prcd-PRA mutation can be safely bred with a clear dog with no copies of the prcd-PRA mutation.The puppies have a 50% chance of being carriers themselves. This is only an issue if you plan to breed, and then breed them to another carrier. As Darcy is homozygous clear for this condition all puppies are unaffected. Its important not to take carriers out of breeding programmes as it will deminish the gene pool for poodles.
This carefully considered mating has resulted in a low COI (Coefficient of inbreeding) score of 1.5%- which is outstanding. This indicates the level/lack of inbreeding. The average for miniature poodles is 4.5%.

Individual puppies cannot be chosen until they are 4 weeks of age when their personalities properly develop.
I will do an assessment on each pup against potential homes and make a recommendation on who I think would suit them best, based on the information supplied by your application form.
I am keeping a girl and once I have decided who my keeper is, it will go in order of deposits taken. A non-refundable deposit of £500 secures your position on the list.
Puppies will be raised in our family home and thus used to all daily household noises. These babies will be very accustomed to being handled, groomed and loved.
