Description
This is Koda, hes a Pomeranian, chihuahua, jack Russell mix. i have had him since he was 7 weeks old. He listens to commands if you have treats or food, he knows; sit, lie down, crate, bed, up (get him on a chair or bed), spin, weaves through your legs and he waits for his food if you say wait or leave it until you say “ok” or “yes”. he also goes wee on command if you say go wee wee.
the reason im rehoming him is due to no fault of his own. he is no longer getting along with my other dog. ill be 100% transparent. hes been around kids before but i wouldnt rehome him to someone with young kids. he is reactive on walks (barks) but tends to calm down after a little while. He is also food aggressive when it comes to taking things hes not supposed to have (which rarely happens unless hes managed to grab food) he doesnt like being picked up randomly unless you tell him to get up on a chair before you do so. He doesnt chew on anything he isnt supposed to.
he loves to play and cuddle, he likes to sit on my lap time im at my computer and sleep. he does have separation anxiety if he knows your home and he cant get to you. he is crate trained however i dont use it anymore as he took the skin off his nose a couple times when i did last crate him.
i believe he would thrive in a only pet home and with no kids. I believe he would be fine with older kids if they know how to respect his boundaries.
