We were kept up to date on our puppy’s progress right up to the pickup date. So kind of the breeder to also provide videos and photos, which was something we’d not had before with a previous pooch from elsewhere. Such a kind household. The family clearly love their dogs and wanted the very best for them. All paperwork was made clear to us and everything went smoothly
