Description

This is a decision I've gone backwards and forwards on, but unfortunately I'm looking for the right home for our beautiful girl, Stormy. Due to changes in my personal circumstances, relationship difficulties and increasing work commitments, I've had to be realistic about the amount of time I can give her going forward. Stormy is a young, incredibly excitable, energetic girl who needs a lot of time, consistency, exercise and ongoing training. With an upcoming move and my work commitments meaning I'll be travelling back and forth regularly, I don't feel I can give an energetic young dog the individual attention she deserves. Stormy is very affectionate, playful, confident and full of personality. She's also vocal, boisterous and still very much a puppy mentally, so please don't enquire expecting a quiet, fully trained adult dog! I also want to be completely transparent that her toilet training still needs work, particularly overnight. She has been health checked and there are no known medical concerns causing this, but her new owner will need to be prepared to continue working consistently on her house training. šŸ” Her ideal home would be: ā€¢ Active and able to give her plenty of exercise and stimulation ā€¢ Experienced with Samoyeds, working breeds or other energetic dogs ā€¢ Prepared to continue her training and toilet training ā€¢ Able to give her plenty of attention and involvement in family life ā€¢ Fully aware that Samoyeds can be vocal, energetic and demanding! There is absolutely no aggression or behavioural reason behind this decision. Stormy is simply a lot of dog, and my circumstances have changed to the point where I don't believe I'm the best person to give her what she needs long-term. Finding the right home is far more important than finding a home quickly, so I will be selective and will want to know about potential homes, lifestyles and previous dog experience. Please only enquire if you've properly considered the commitment involved in taking on a young Samoyed. šŸ¤šŸ¾
