We are looking for the right home for our gorgeous Bernedoodle boy, who is now over a year old. He is an incredibly affectionate, happy and loving boy who absolutely adores people. He loves being involved with his humans and is the sort of dog who wants to be right in the middle of everything! 🥰 He is crate trained, good on and off lead, and has a lovely, friendly nature with other dogs. He is very playful, though, and can be rather enthusiastic — he has absolutely no understanding of personal space and his idea of saying hello is usually VERY close-up and at full speed! 😂 Because of this, he can be a little too much for some dogs who prefer a quieter interaction. He was originally being considered as a prospect for the therapy work I do, but as he has matured it has become clear that his personality isn't quite the right fit for that particular role. This is absolutely not a reflection on him as a dog — he is a wonderful, affectionate and fun-loving boy who would make a fantastic companion in the right home. We are therefore looking for a home where he can simply be someone's much-loved pet, with people who will appreciate his exuberant, affectionate personality and continue giving him the guidance and boundaries he needs. He would suit someone looking for a young adult dog who is past the tiny-puppy stage, but still has plenty of fun, energy and enthusiasm for life. As with all of our dogs, finding the right home is much more important to us than simply finding him a home. We will therefore be selective and would like to have a chat with anyone genuinely interested to make sure he is the right match for their lifestyle.
