Description
Meet Monty, our cheeky and affectionate 20-month-old (age is wrong and can’t change it, he will be 2 in August) Cockapoo who’s full of life and personality. He’s looking for a loving home where he can get plenty of attention, exercise, and cuddles.
Monty absolutely loves cuddles and being around people, he is great with kids and enjoys being part of the family. He’s still very much a pup at heart, full of energy and always ready for fun. He loves other dogs and wants to say hello to everyone he meets, making him a very social and friendly companion.
He thrives outdoors and enjoys long walks (he currently has two a day). He’s great off lead, especially when there’s a ball involved – his favourite toy! That said, he can be a little cheeky with recall at times when there are other dogs around, but this is improving.
About Monty:
* 20 months old Cockapoo
* Beautiful, unique white, grey & black colouring
* Not neutered (he is booked in for the end of the month but can be cancelled)
* Up to date with vaccinations
* Has an extra toe (adds to his uniqueness!)
* Eats twice a day (requires grain-free food)
* Can be left for a few hours (takes around 15–20 minutes to fully settle, but would much rather be with you 24/7)
* Travels well in the car (in the boot)
* Loves baths and the beach
* Sleeps over night in the bedroom
Monty is very playful and intelligent, he enjoys learning new tricks but also has a mischievous side. He may try to sneak food if it’s within reach and has been known to steal the odd shoe!! When he does pick things up, he’s learning to drop them, but he can sometimes guard items, so this will need continued training and patience.
He also likes to keep hold of his ball during playtime, so expect some playful tug-of-war.
When left alone, he’s comfortable being in the hallway or his crate.
He will come with:

Ideal Home:
Monty would suit an active household where he’ll get plenty of exercise, stimulation, and companionship. He thrives on attention and being included in daily life.
