BEFORE STARTING NO SNAKE FOOD PLEASE!!!! PET HOME ONLY
Unfortunately i’m looking to give these two lovely ladies a home. Recently i lost their little friend and since theirs only two left i feel it’s best they go to another home preferably with other mice they can join or someone who has the intention of buying others. I wouldn’t be able to get anymore if just one passed away and i couldn’t leave either by themselves so I feel this is what’s best for them.
I bought the mice on December 27th 2025 at only a few weeks old so they’re only around 8 months old. Both girls are very active and love to stay busy. I know the names are funky but it comes from a tv show 😂. Marceline has definitely always been the leader out of all the mice, with the most confidence for sure, however i’d not recommend sticking your fingers in front of her face you might get a little surprise 🙈. This doesn’t stop you from handling her at all, once she’s in your hand she’s no bother at all and still a sweet girl. Lumpy Space Princess is honestly the most lovely little mouse, she’ll walk straight onto your hand when she wants to come play! It just takes her a minute to decide the angle she wants to climb on from 😂.
As i won’t be having anymore small pets after these everything comes included. I think the only things missing will be a few tubes which have to be replaced as they get chewed and the chamber hide which was also chewed. All bedding will come with too. I currently use huge bags of hemp bedding from amazon and a big box of timothy hay to help them build tunnels. The hemp comes in big bags the size of shavings for £20 and it’ll last you months, I’ve only just got my second bag since getting them. And the big box of hay is also from amazon for £20 and still very full which will come as part of everything too. I did have carefresh bedding for in their chamber hides but they weren’t too fond of it, they’d always flick it out and just nest together in the hay.
Depending on how much food is there when they get bought will depend on the amount you get! Currently they have some mice nuggets from pets at home just to make sure they have all the right nutrients needed. I also get the deal that pets at home do with the floral mixtures and dried fruits and things, whatever’s mouse safe i’ll buy to mix in and change things up for them. I’ll also get them dry sweetcorn and bars made of hay to hang on the lid.
