❄️ NERO’s Story – Left to Freeze
Nero’s story begins on a bitter, freezing winter day.
He was abandoned.
Left outside.
Alone.
A neighbour found him almost frozen — weak, cold and discarded as if he meant nothing.
But he survived.
And despite being abandoned in such a cruel way, Nero did not lose his trust in people.
That tells you everything about his heart.
🐶 About NERO
Nero is a medium-sized mixed breed boy with a beautiful black coat, white chest and expressive eyes.
He weighs around 15 Kg — the perfect manageable size.
He is:

He currently lives in a yard environment and adapts well to outdoor life, but what he truly wants is to be closer to people.

Adrian and the team at Friends inDEED have been wonderful. We were able to go meet our dog with her sisters and we were in frequent communication during the adoption, and since with updates etc. We were also provided with some food, and lent a harness & lead to bring her home. She has already been incredibly well trained for a rescue dog as we have had no toilet accidents and she is already wonderful on her lead.
