Description

African Grey Parrot - Very Special Family Pet This is an incredibly difficult decision, but due to a change in our family circumstances, we are sadly looking for a new home for our much-loved African Grey. She is 20 years old and has been part of our family for the past 11 years. She is a very special bird, and this is absolutely not a decision we have taken lightly. Unfortunately, circumstances mean that we can no longer give her the time, attention and home she truly deserves. African Greys are renowned for their intelligence, and she is no exception. She is highly intelligent, extremely talkative and loves being involved in everyday family life. She enjoys attention and cuddles and is a very affectionate, dedicated companion. What makes her particularly special is just how friendly and sociable she is. She has her chosen person, as most parrots do, but is also exceptionally friendly and comfortable around other people. Her lovely temperament really is a rare find. We are looking for a knowledgeable, experienced and genuinely loving home where she will be treated as part of the family and given all the time, interaction and care she deserves. Please, no time wasters or inexperienced owners. We want to ensure she goes to the very best possible home, and all prospective homes will be thoroughly vetted before any agreement of sale. If you feel you could offer her the wonderful home she deserves and would like to arrange to come and meet her, please get in touch. This is a very special bird, and finding the right home for her is our absolute priority. She will come with a large cage, travel cage and two bags of toys
