Hugo is a handsome 13-month-old boy looking for a loving forever home. Neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and passport-ready, he's a happy, affectionate young dog with lots of love to give and plenty of energy to burn! As a typical adolescent pup, Hugo is full of enthusiasm and enjoys an active lifestyle. He'll thrive with an owner who has the time and commitment to provide plenty of exercise, training and mental stimulation. He's currently learning his manners, including "wait," and already knows how to sit and offer a paw. Hugo absolutely loves fuss, cuddles and ear rubs. One of his favourite places to be is with his head resting on your knee, soaking up attention. He's a very affectionate boy with a funny personality, often found lying upside down and making everyone laugh! Like many young dogs, Hugo can be excitable around other dogs and will need continued guidance and training to help him stay calm and focused. For this reason and because of his boisterous nature, he would be best suited to a home without cats or young children. Hugo enjoys soft squeaky toys and is a big fan of tennis balls, although don't expect a game of fetch. His preferred activity is carefully peeling tennis balls layer by layer, like an onion! 🎾🧅😂 He walks on a harness and lead, can be left for up to three hours at a time and would love a home where he can continue developing into the wonderful companion we know he can be.
