Please do not message simply asking to meet Mash. We have an adoption process in place to make sure we find the right match for every dog. Once we have received your application, a member of the team will contact you to discuss things further if we feel your home could be suitable.
MASH – 3 YEARS OLD – FOSTERED IN EDINBURGH
Mash is around 10kg and is a wonderfully loving, affectionate little dog who absolutely adores cuddles with his humans. Given the opportunity, he would quite happily become your lap dog!
He’s a happy, quirky and funny little character with a cheeky side that makes him very easy to fall in love with.
Mash currently lives alongside another foster dog and cats and gets on well with them. However, we feel he would be happiest as the only pet in his forever home, where he can enjoy having his people and all those cuddles to himself.
He’s an energetic boy who enjoys his walks, but one of his absolute favourite things is chasing a ball in the park or garden.
Mash can sometimes be reactive to other dogs when out and about. He is undergoing training and confidence building to help him with this, and we’re looking for an experienced home that understands this and is happy to continue working positively with him.
At home, Mash is clean in the house, sleeps happily in his own bed at night, is a good eater and loves his treats.
We feel he would be best suited to a home with older children, as he can be bouncy and benefits from clear, consistent boundaries.

Mash has so much love and personality to give. He needs someone who can offer him consistency, understanding and continue the work already being done to build his confidence.
