Meet Love4Dogs Rescue

Welcome to Love4Dogs Rescue Love4Dogs Rescue is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit animal rescue dedicated to giving dogs and cats a second chance at life. Although our name is Love4Dogs Rescue, we rescue both dogs and cats. Our foster homes are based across the UK, meaning we don't operate from kennels. Instead, every animal lives in a loving home environment where we can get to know their personality, assess their needs and prepare them for life with their forever family. Compassion has no borders. We rescue animals from the UK, Romania, Bosnia and Egypt. Some come to us after being lovingly surrendered through no fault of their own, while others have been saved from puppy farms, breeding situations, overcrowded shelters or life on the streets. Whatever their past, every animal deserves safety, kindness and the opportunity to be loved. The welfare of our animals is always our priority. Before adoption, our dogs and cats receive appropriate veterinary care, including vaccinations, microchipping, neutering where age and health allow, parasite treatment and any additional medical care they require. Many arrive frightened, neglected or with complex medical needs, and we work tirelessly with our foster families and veterinary partners to help them recover. Finding the right home is just as important as finding a home. We carefully match each animal with adopters based on their individual needs, personality and lifestyle. We are honest about every animal in our care because we want every adoption to be successful for both the pet and their new family. Our adoption process includes an application form, home checks where appropriate and ongoing support after adoption. As a volunteer-led rescue, we receive no regular funding and rely entirely on donations and the generosity of our supporters. Every adoption fee goes straight back into rescuing the next animal, helping to cover veterinary treatment, transport, food and rehabilitation.
