Description
We are sadly having to re-home our male boa constrictor. We got him almost 5 years ago and were told at the time that he was 9 years old then so he's roughly 14 years old now. We were also told that he is a kahl albino, het anery, het hypo but we have no documentation to support this. He has also fathered litters in the past but we have not bred him. He is roughly 6.5 ft long.
He is a pretty chill snake and is happy to be handled. He's very curious and loves to move when he's outside the vivarium. There's only been two exceptions where he has hissed but he's not bitten and we've just left him be. He always sheds great with no problems and is a great feeder. He takes an extra large rat every 2-3 weeks.
He comes with a custom made 7x3x2 ft vivarium, that is only around 2 years, as well as all the other equipment such as ceramic heat lamp, thermometer and UV light.
We're so sad to see him go but hope to find a new home to live out his senior years.
