Ruby is looking for a new forever home. She is approximately 16hh and she is 4 years old. She retired from racing in early 2024 so is eligible for ROR. She has spent a year growing and maturing. In that year she ended up having some box rest due to a puncture in her hoof, and she started to windsuck,this can be controlled with a collar. Due to her windsucking we had her scoped and she had ulcers,she has had full treatment for ulcers but she hasn't stopped windsucking so unfortunately I dont think she will now. So this reflects her price. Ruby is ready to start her new career now,she has been hacked out in company earlier in the year and she was nice to ride and traffic didn't bother her. She hasn't been ridden now for a few months due to lack of time so she is sold from the field. She is happy to live with other horses, she loves her food and doesn't like to share so she is best fed separate and she pulls faces at you when she is eating in her stable. She's a bit of a typical moody mare lol. She is good to load and shoe,shes not been clipped. She is up to date with vaccines. She has a small scar on her off fore leg. The best home is the most important thing for ruby,she has a lot of love to give.
