In the words of her foster written June 18th 25’
“Hi my name is Kaya. I'm here in the UK staying with my foster mum and her other dogs in North Shields. I get along with everyone here, and they are all different ages and sizes so would love to live with another dog, or just me, that would be good too.
Foster mum has a puppy and we get along so well, we love to play, lots.
One of the other fosters, Nina can be a bit of a bully and I do stick up for myself but she always starts it, foster mum always say "I know who caused this argument" as she wags her finger at Nina.
I'm a bit of an early riser but usually only because I need a wee. I have had a couple of accident since I got here but I didn't mean to and I now know how to ask (or I try to climb out of a window so now FM keeps them closed).
I go for lovely walks with 3 of the other dogs and we have a great time running around. FM says I sometimes have selective deafness but then I remember she has treats in her pocket!
I am sometimes a bit naughty when on the lead and bark at other dogs but stop when I'm told NO. FM says that I need some manners and we are still working on walking on the lead without pulling, it's only because I'm excited though!
I love my food and this is what is helping me learn to not get so over excited and boisterous but I need someone that knows how to continue showing me how it's done.
Because I love my food, I do have my dinner in a separate room as I try to eat mine and any other food I can get out of the other bowls if I get the chance.
I'm super friendly with people of all sizes but shouldn't probably live with any little people as I can be a bit clumsy as well as being bouncy and I would be really upset if I knocked one over, but older children would be amazing, we could play fetch all day.
I lived with cats in Bulgaria so I know how to be good around them so I would happily live with them in my forever home.

where she’d be left alone for long hours as she’s endured this previously.
No cages / crates permitted - the ones you see in the pictures were in her previous EU homes & not required. She does not like being in a cage & it’s possible she’s had a bad experience of this where it was used in appropriately.
Her history is known from her existence in an EU municipality pound after being abandoned in a country that dislikes dogs through to being a second chance adoption after her first home in Europe faiked her and finally going from her emergency foster to a doggy hotel prior to arriving with her U.K. foster mum. They have kindly given her a long awaited opportunity. Kaya has only ever known rejection for whatever reason and never through any fault of her own. We are looking for committed people only for this majestic looking and joyful gal and we invite serious and compassionate people to please enquire. She gives the best of all worlds being both animated & energetic as well as that mature spirit in a younger body because she’s had to bounce back so many times. I couldn’t be as adjusted as Kaya if I’d had to rely on myself and often been made to feel like I wasn’t enough. We will add a ‘day in the life of’ in her fosters words as soon as it is prepared.
