Nina has been an absolute pleasure to deal with - professional, responsive and genuinely caring. From the very beginning she kept us updated with regular photos of our kitten before we even picked her up, which made the whole experience feel so personal and reassuring.
Leyla arrived healthy, confident and beautifully socialised. It’s clear she has been raised in a loving home environment with real care and attention. Nina was always happy to answer questions and provided clear guidance on feeding and settling in.
