Never had to make, but sadly we are looking for the perfect forever home for our gorgeous boy, Norman. Norman is a 10 month-old chocolate and tan Dachshund with a huge personality! He is a loving, playful and affectionate little boy who absolutely adores being around people. He is: 🏡 Fully toilet trained 🛏️ Crate trained 🐕 Walks really well 👧 Very good with children ❤️ Loving, affectionate and playful 🐾 Full of the cheeky Dachshund character we all know and love! The reason we are having to rehome Norman is sadly because of our cats. He is extremely interested in them and constantly wants to chase and torment them. Despite trying to manage the situation, our cats have become so stressed that they now no longer come into the house when Norman is around. We don’t feel this is fair on them, and we also don’t want Norman constantly being told off for something that comes naturally to him. Because of this, we feel Norman would be much happier in a cat-free home, where he can have all the attention, love and exercise he deserves. Norman is not neutered. This is absolutely not a decision we have taken lightly. We love him dearly, and that’s why we want to take our time and find him a genuinely wonderful home rather than simply rehome him quickly. We would particularly love to hear from someone who understands Dachshunds and knows how funny, stubborn, energetic and loving they can be! 😂❤️ Please message me with some information about yourself, your home and the life you could offer Norman.
