Edy went into foster in Buckinghamshire on 23rd February 2026.
Despite only just arriving, little Edy came off the transport bus as if it were a party bus — ready for action, fun and playtime! From the very first moment, he showed us what a confident, happy little character he is. Eddie is settling in amazingly well. He’s a small furry dynamo — in fact, we’re convinced he might be a rare Romanian kangaroo cross! A beautiful, inquisitive, bouncing bundle of fun, he approaches life with enthusiasm and joy. He is incredibly friendly and absolutely loves being fussed and adored. Toys are one of his favourite things — he proudly carries them into bed, then back out again, as if he has very important business to attend to! He’s a wonderful mix of friendly, cute and just the right amount of crazy to keep you smiling every single day. Eddie would make a fantastic family dog. His confident and playful nature means he would love to play with respectful children and would also thrive with another resident dog who enjoys games and companionship. If you’re looking for a cheerful, affectionate, fun-loving little companion to bring energy and laughter into your home, Edy could be your perfect match.
His Story
Edy was found alongside his brother outside a small, isolated village around 20 km outside the city where we work in Braila. They were completely alone, far from help, just two tiny souls abandoned and expected to fend for themselves. It’s something we sadly see far too often — and while we are never surprised anymore, we never truly get over the cruelty that leaves vulnerable puppies discarded with so little chance of survival. Thankfully, Edy is now safe in our care, where he will receive the love, protection, and future he should have had from the very beginning.
