Description

Meet Azra & Vucko ❤️💙 Female & Male Approx. 9 years old Large sized Available for adoption by donation as a bonded pair Location: Cheshire Kennels Azra and Vucko are a very special bonded pair who have already been through so much together. Originally living in a home in Bosnia, they were left behind at a shelter when their owners moved abroad. They then spent four long years in the shelter before finally making their way to our Cheshire kennels in October 2026. Now, after all that waiting, we desperately want to see these two find a home where they can stay together and enjoy the quieter, happier life they deserve. Azra is a wonderfully friendly, happy girl who greets everyone as though they are an old friend and loves giving kisses. She enjoys her walks, loves food and is very affectionate with people. Vucko is equally people-friendly, happily wagging his tail when he sees you. He can be a little bouncy when saying hello but is a lovely boy who enjoys cuddles and food. He and Azra are very settled together and clearly take comfort from having each other. Both walk well on their leads and neither has shown destructive behaviour. They will need patience and understanding as they adjust to life in a home after so many years in kennels. They are not currently toilet trained, so this will need to be gently reintroduced, and any time left alone will need to be built up gradually. They are happiest when they have each other. These two have waited far too long. They don't need a perfect home - they just need someone willing to give them the chance to finally belong again. ❤️💙 🐶 Can they live with dogs? Yes. They are dog friendly and could potentially live with other calm, sensible dogs following introductions. 🐱 Can they live with cats? Yes. Both have previously met cats and were good with them. Dog-savvy cats would be best. 👧 Can they live with children? Yes. Children aged 10+ would be best, or younger visiting children with appropriate supervision. 🐕‍🦺 Have they worn and accepted a lead? Yes. Both walk well on a lead. Spayed/neutered ✅ Vaccinated ✅ Chipped ✅ ⭐ Homecheck and adoption fees apply. ⭐ Lifetime rescue back up provided. Please consider Azra & Vucko 🙏 They have already spent four years waiting. They deserve to spend the rest of their lives together in a loving home.
