Description

This is Leroy, my White Swiss Shepherd, who I’m looking to give a go at stud. I’m not a professional breeder and this isn’t something I’m looking to turn into a business. Leroy is my own dog and a massive part of my life, and after seeing the dog he’s grown into I thought it would be nice to offer him for stud and hopefully see him produce a healthy litter with the right female. Leroy originally came over from Poland from Adaiah Kennel. I spent quite a bit of time looking into White Swiss Shepherds before getting him and wanted a dog from good European lines with a traceable background. He has his Polish Export Pedigree and DNA Identification Certificate, which I’m more than happy to show to anyone interested. There’s some really nice lineage behind him and you can see the dogs in his family through his pedigree. He’s now a big lad at around 40kg, with a long white coat and a really athletic build. He’s got loads of energy when we’re out — he’ll happily spend hours running around and exploring — but he’s also incredibly affectionate and has a lovely bond with the people close to him. For me his temperament is just as important as his appearance. He’s intelligent, loyal, confident and full of personality. The photos are just normal pictures I’ve taken of him on our walks. Just to be completely upfront, Leroy hasn’t had his official hip and elbow scores done. I’m happy to talk through his health, background and paperwork with anyone considering him. This would also be his first time at stud, so I’m not advertising him as some proven champion stud dog. We’re simply looking to give it a go with the right female and see where it takes us.
