Description
Please read full advert before asking questions. I have throughly covered a lot of information here.
Mia is a stunning long haired blue & tan entire female german shepherd. She is not KC registered but I know where she was bred. Blue and tan shepherds are not considered ultra rare but are reasonably rare, compared to other more standard colours.
Mia is a brilliant and overal calm family dog. She is not allowed to and does not jump up. She knows she is not allowed on the sofa but we do sometimes let her on the bed. This could be trained out of her if not desired, she is a quick learner. She is fantastic with children of all ages. Never shown any aggression to anyone what so ever. She is well trained. Mia is not a constant barker but will bark for the doorbell or if someone comes on my property. Mia is very clean indoors. She does not toilet indoors and also does not chew anything. Mia is house trained. She can be left for relatively long periods, we do crate her when we go out. Or if the weather is nice she is also quite happy to be out in the garden. She travels well in the car with no issues and will jump in and out on command. She loves her free runs in our local secure dog field and comes to call. Loves chasing a tennis ball. I have never let her off anywhere that is not secure but thats just because I worry about other dogs. I am sure she would be fine and stay close. Mia does pull a bit when on the lead, so I walk her with a halti most of the time of which she is not a fan of!
Mia is okay with cats once she knows them. She is respectful. She is also good with entire male dogs and spayed bitches. However she will assert dominance with any bitches that are not spayed, just like her. This can result in fights. So I wouldnt recommend she go anywhere with other unspayed bitches, unless they are kept seperate. Overall Mia is a gentle well natured dog that will listen to your commands and does as she is told. She is loyal to her family & people.
As stated Mia has not been spayed and is due in season mid-end oct 2026. Mia has never been bred from. I do not mind someone breeding Mia if they wish, so long as she is not just got for that and remains a family dog of which she is used to being. Mia is fully vacinated up to date to include kennel cough. She is also flead & wormed like clockwork. Mia is fed arkwrights beef & veg complete dry biscuits. She has 500g a day split over two meals. Plus natural treats and chews here and there.
Letting Mia go is not a decision I have taken lightly. Circumstances have changed for me. I am no longer in a position to give Mia the time and attention that she rightly deserves. Only serious enquiries will be entertained. No time wasters or silly messages. I wont hold her for weeks upon weeks. I want the best home I can find for her.
