Our gorgeous Rosie is looking for a loving forever home! 🐾 Please read the full description, thanks. Rosie is a stunning red Cockapoo girl, approximately 12 kg, with beautiful eyes and a gorgeous, thick, curly coat. She is extremely affectionate, loves cuddles and always wants to sit on your lap! She’s lively, playful, friendly and full of personality. Rosie is good with children and other dogs. She grew up around children, loves playing and play-fighting with other dogs, and has never shown aggression towards people. We adopted Rosie in June 2026. Previously, she lived in a busy household with five children, including one with severe autism. We don’t know exactly what her experiences were, but she can be sensitive and easily frightened in certain situations. 🐾 Toilet Training Rosie is housetrained and never poos inside the house. She goes outside to wee when given regular access to the garden and is normally clean indoors as long as she is let out frequently. However, she can occasionally wee indoors if frightened or overexcited, particularly during play or when told off. During her first couple of weeks in a new home, she may have more wee accidents while settling in. She needs patience, gentle handling and frequent garden access. Rosie is very energetic and can pull on the lead, so she would benefit from further lead training. She has not been spayed. ❤️ Why are we rehoming Rosie? Sadly, our much-loved 10-year-old Maltese is now very poorly, barely walking and needing peace and quiet. Rosie is a lively young dog who deserves plenty of attention, exercise and affection. We feel finding her a suitable new home would be best for both dogs. 🏡 Rosie’s Ideal Home We would particularly love to find Rosie an older, active person or retired couple who spend plenty of time at home and would enjoy having a loving, cuddly companion. Although she gets along well with children and other dogs, we feel a quieter household would suit her better, as too much excitement can lead to wee accidents. ❗ IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ We are looking for a genuinely loving, permanent home for Rosie. She may need a few weeks to settle and build confidence in her new surroundings. We are unable to take Rosie back once rehomed, so please only enquire if you are fully committed and prepared to give her the patience, care and understanding she deserves.
