Description

We are looking to get our cocker spaniel rehomed due to no fault of his own. His name is Woody and due to work commitments he isn’t getting the amount of walks that he needs to stimulate him. We have crate trained him although now he doesn’t use a crate he has never chewed anything up in the house even when nobody was at home. He is fully house trained and has never had an accident in the house We have two children at home 5+7 years old he is great with them and never shown any aggression towards them or anybody else including animals. He is currently raw fed from Bella & Due he can be fed any raw food as his stomach doesn’t seem to get upset when swapping this. I have always put my hands in the food bowl when feeding him and take his bowl away to make sure he never got aggressive over food. He has some recall although it’s not the best he loved other dogs and always wants to chase after them when on walks. He loves humans when in the house and wants 24/7 attention when together. He does pull on a lead however we have him on a long line so it’s not really an issue if on a slip lead he doesn’t pull as much. He has never chased after birds or other animals so don’t think he is that fussed about them. He doesn’t mind being in a car he will just cry so that you stroke him as he is really needy. We would prefer him to go to somebody who has the same breed of dog or similar to play with or an active family/person so we know he will be outdoors a lot. Must have a decent sized garden for him to be able to play around in during the days. We previously had him listed but never found the right person for him. I’m hoping this time we do but please don’t send aggressive messages if we don’t choose you. He will come with his bed and some raw food if he has any left by the time somebody rehomed him. He will also have his training whistle and toys plus a slip lead If I have missed anything off please feel free to ask
