Description
Blue is an amazing English setter aged 8.
Never had love, warmth and decent food. Rescued in Cyprus and now in a uk 🇬🇧 foster home.
He is learning fast, housetrained, eats well and walks great on a harness, very inquisitive on walks to all the new sights, smells and sounds. He is loving life at last.
Blue loves human contact and will search you out for cuddles and love. Very affectionate.
He gets on great with adults, children and other dogs. He isnt keen on cats and will chase in a home. He is currently living with 8 setters and enjoys a play in the garden with them. Blue could be an only dog if socialised out on walks.
Blue is 8 and relatively fit for his age, building up his muscles on walks.
Blue has leishmaniasis, but dont let this put you off. Blues eyes were damaged prior to treatment but have recovered and he can see but they are still a bit cloudy, which you might expect for any 8 year old dog anyway. His eyes continue to improve . He is on a cheap daily pill to keep the leishmaniasis dormant.
He would suit a family/older couple thats around most of the day to give him the love he adores.
