Description

We're looking for a loving new home for our much-loved Cocker Spaniel. Due to changes in our family and increasing work commitments, our children have now moved on and he's being left at home for longer than we'd like. We feel he deserves a home where he can have more time, attention, and companionship. He's fully house-trained, travels well, and currently lives happily with a cat. He has been brought up around young children, loves going for walks, and has good recall when he knows and trusts his owner, so he's happy off the lead in familiar places. He's also great with other dogs. We rescued him as a puppy during the COVID lockdowns, so he missed out on important early socialisation. Because of this, he can be nervous around new people and may bark when he first meets them. However, once he gets to know you, he's incredibly affectionate, loyal, and one of the friendliest dogs you could wish to meet. This is a very difficult decision for our family, and finding the right home is far more important to us than a quick sale.
